This avocado and ginger smoothie is ideal for lunch because it is very satisfying. The avocado makes this smoothie a bit richer than one just based on juices. You can use oat milk or almond milk instead of soya milk if you so wish.
2 dl soya milk
1 scoop (2.5 g) Litozin rosehip powder
1 cm fresh ginger
Mix all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes really even.
