Coleslaw with rosehips and chilli


  • 4 dl cabbage

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 1 cl. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 chilli (select the chilli to your taste, how hot you want it)

  • 2 tablespoons Litozin rosehip powder


Chop the cabbage and celery as fine as possible. Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and chopped chilli. When the dressing is a smooth mix, add Litozin rosehip powder and mix in quickly. Mix the dressing with the cabbage and celery mix and let it marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.
