Breakfast Smoothie with Mango

Start the day with a delicious breakfast smoothie. Then you can relax knowing you have received your daily dose of Litozin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 dl oat milk

  • ½ banana

  • ½ orange

  • 1 cm fresh ginger

  • 1 dl frozen mango

  • 1 scoop (2.5 g) Litozin rosehip powder

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes an even smoothie. You can use oat milk or almond milk instead of soya milk if you so wish. Naturally, ordinary milk works too.
